This program is crafted to equip you with the essential knowledge regarding the skills that pharmacy technicians should possess. You will explore the history, terminology, laws, and standards that govern the profession. Furthermore, you will gain insights into how to categorize drugs, perform conversion calculations, distinguish between various types of medications, and get ready for the PTCB certification exam. Required: High school diploma or GED.

Our 123 hour class is a combination of online and in-person learning. The first and last class along with 3 Saturdays (TBD) will require attendance in person at the Muskogee Campus.  

This class is blended. In-person with instructor at host campus (Muskogee) and/or via Google Meet or Google Classroom from home on your own computer or one we loan you.

If taken from Sallisaw area, you the student, will be required to attend the first evening at the Muskogee ICTC campus. More info will be provided upon registration.

Earn 8 Hours of OSDH-approved continuing education. Renewal application and completion certificate provided. Prerequisite: Current LTCNA license.

Covers Pottery, Resin Art, Stained Glass and Pour Painting. $15 Admin fee required at the start of class. Additional supplies will be needed outside the Admin fee. A supply list will be provided before each project. 

Identify parts, disassemble and reassemble small engines, troubleshoot and repair. Designed for all levels. Most tools and supplies are provided. We welcome home projects. However, home projects must be taken home at the end of each class day! 

Explore the art of basic Blacksmithing. Use a hot forge and anvil to create iron objects. 

Knife Sharpening 101 is a foundational framework that teaches how to restore a razor-sharp edge to a dull blade by physically removing metal to create a new cutting edge This fundamental skill ensures outdoor and kitchen safety, as sharp knives cut smoothly without slipping, reducing the risk of accidental injury. (Mo more than 4 knives per student!) 

Covers diabetes care including insulin administration, endocrine system, testing blood glucose levels and more. $40 exam fee included. Prerequisite: Current CMA license.
